How much battery life do I realistically need in college?
battery December 2nd, 2010I will be attending Ohio State university this fall and I am planning on buying a new laptop and i have a major dilemma.
I am stuck choosing between battery life and power. I would love to get a high end i7 with better graphics, but I don’t want to have to live with an hour and a half of battery life.
So My QUESTION IS… How many continuous hours do you really use your laptop in college? Do I need 4 or more hours or battery life or can I get by with 2?
Yo can get a High end i7 Laptop with awesome Specs and have 5 or 6 hours Just gotta upgrade battery from basic to a 12 Cell instead of 6Cell

im a junior in high school so me dont know bout college ^.^ but i have a custom lithium battery for my hp labtop and it last 7-8 hours on the internet with low brightness and 12-14 hours off internet with low brightness. Really you dont need i7 at all if your just writing and viewing documents. dual core is 100% fine and fast.i have a hp pavilion pv5 and it great
